All right fine, to hell with my home state! Here's real time results of the Wisconsin recall election of Governor Scott Walker.
For comparison, here's how Wisconsin voted in the 2010 gubernatorial election. Walker beat Democrat Barrett 52.3% to 46.5%:
And here's the map of Wisconsin for the 2008 presidential election. In that race Obama beat McCain 56.3% to 42.4%:
Over the next few hours I will post results at various point for today's recall election.
8:45PM Central: With 13% of precincts reporting, it's a romp for Walker:
9:20 PM Central: With only 41% of the precincts in, Walker is ahead by well over 15 percentage points and many media outlets are already calling the election. I mean, not even Milwaukee Country (3rd up from bottom right) is still leaning Walker.
So congratulations, Scott Walker. Congrats, Wisconsin. Congrats, Tea Party. And as one Facebook friend just posted:
Dear Obama, You're next. From, the Tea Party.
