[Part 1 here]
Inconvenient truths keep getting in the way of the liberal template that government-run health (s)care protests, town hall attendees, and Tea Partiers ...
- portrayed “racism and other violent themes” (in the eloquent verbiage of Jimmy Carter, who on January 20, 2009 became the second-worst president in American history),
- are “worse than racists” (Keith Olbermann),
- are “racist rednecks who hate blacks” (Jeneane Garofalo),
- are angry old white men who can’t accept that “there’s a black man in the White House” (Rachel Maddow),
- and are motivated by “cultural and racial fear” (NY Times’ Paul Krugman).
With that, I proudly present the second installment of photo footage of last Thursday’s protest in front of the Capitol. Yes, Virginia, those be black people there! Guess no one sent them the memo that they were surrounded by “racist rednecks who hate blacks.” [A big thanks to Facebook acquaintance Lisa H. for allowing me to post these pix!]
But the three black men in these pictures weren’t merely attendees; they were speakers. Yes, the angry old racist white men were subject to hearing public speeches by not one, not two, but three black people!
First, meet Kevin Jackson, who blogs at The Black Sphere and is author of a new book called The Big Black Lie: How I Learned the Truth About the Democratic Party. Because he isn’t a race-baiting liberal agitator like Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, or our current president, don’t expect to see Kevin as a guest on any mainstream TV shows any time soon.
The second guy is conservative activist Lloyd Marcus. Writing on his blog about the 11/5 protest, Marcus reported:A [liberal] white guy approached me and said, “You’re the only black here (which was not true). Why don’t you come to our democrat rallies where there are many blacks and more tolerant people”. I could not respond because I was due back on stage.
If I had time, I would have said, “No thanks. I don’t want to hang out with a bunch brainwashed blacks convinced by liberal democrats that they are victims”. And what the heck did this guy mean by “more tolerant people”? This is my second tour traveling across America on the Tea Party Express. At every rally, the mostly white audiences embrace me, a black man, as a brother. Why? Because unlike the liberals who think everything is about race, the American people care about shared values and principles.
I am so sick of the Left getting away with branding us Conservatives “intolerant”. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black, the Left is totally intolerant of opposing thought.
Incidentally, Marcus has spent the past month or so traveling around the country attending Tea Parties. How does a black man deal with being with all those raaaacists around the country!? Here’s a picture he posted at one of his stops—him with one of those angry old white men:
Oh, wait, never mind. It’s a little white girl. The third man is Kenneth Gladney. Name doesn’t ring a bell? This is the black ObamaCare opponent who in August was beaten up by SIEU union members at a town hall in St. Louis just days after the Obama White House instructed their supporters to “punch back twice as hard” against opponents of his agenda.Unless you watch Fox News or listen to conservative talk radio, you most likely don’t know about this story. Why would the mainstream media report on the Obama White House bussing union thugs to town halls nationwide to rough up citizens who disagree with him, even black ones? That would obliterate the liberal myth it’s the right that’s stoking violence in the Age of Obama.
So there you have it. Prominent black people and just average citizens of color at “racist” Tea Parties. Whatever you do, don’t let Jimmah Carter, Keith Olbermann, Rachel Maddow, Jeneane Garofalo, or Paul Krugman see these pictures; you’re liable to trigger a reaction reminiscent of that gross face-melting scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark.

LOL Liberals will just call them our "token" blacks.
